Riding School Huittisten Ratsastuskoulu has been an Equestrian Federation of Finland recognised riding school since 1987. The riding school offers training for riders of all ages, and of all abilities. For younger riders we offer accompanied pony rides, children’s lessons and beginners’ courses. Beginners’ courses are also available for adults.
Our riding school horses are very pleasant, mild-mannered and well trained.
Riding lessons take place primarily in the evenings and on weekends, but they can also be arranged at other times.
At the riding centre we also arrange weekend camps almost all year round, and during the summer we arrange camps for children, adults and special needs groups.
If it is raining or cold, we ride in the riding hall, which we have two. The other is full-sized Arto´s Areena. You can pay by us on Smartum-, Tyky- ja Virike-excercisebills. You can also pay by Smartum Saldolla.
Charge of functioning of riding school is Krista Rekikoski, a riding teacher, who also works II coach of retarted national team and Anna Saari teaches also riding, she is a riding teacher. Charge of therapy riding is Mirja Rekikoski, specially educated nurse and SV-HPR ridingpedagogue.
The Horseclub for the youngest children is arranger by horseclub Varsa and it is functioning in Huittisten Ratsastuskeskus.

Huittisten Ratsastuskeskus has been well-known for providing special needs horse riding for over 20 years,
and as such is a recognised riding centre for disabled riders. Since the beginning of 2007 we have expanded
to offer training for blind, partially sighted and physically challenged riders.
We offer riding for special needs groups from very basic level right through to international competition level,
and therapeutic riding. Our riders have achieved success internationally at the highest levels, and anyone can
compete at their own level nationally.
